    We believe in a healthy and well balanced movement diet! All our classes are designed to help you improve how you move through life. Whether it’s mental, physical or emotional support you need, we have a class to suit you. With a focus on therapeutic and functional movement that builds flexibility, stability and strength, we also share accessible meditation and breathing techniques to support modern day life!

  • Functional Breathing & Sports Performance Breathing

    Rebecca is a certified Advanced Oxygen Advantage® Breathwork coach. Her work is focused on spreading education and awareness to help individuals restore functional breathing for optimal health and performance. This includes post Covid care, snoring and poor sleep, managing anxiety & stress, as well as improving functional movement and sports performance + many other symptoms than stem from how we breathe.

  • Specialised Workshops, Courses & Events

    At Thrive we offer a range of specially designed workshops, classes and courses that allow a deeper dive into a specific area, technique or style depending on the topic. Some of our signature workshops and courses include Yoga for beginners, Oxygen Advantage® Functional Breathing, Yoga Tune Up Self Massage, Yoga for Runners as well as focused sessions for Stress & Anxiety, Sports Performance and more.
