Meet Rebecca

Yoga, Qigong & Tai Chi Teacher | Functional Breathing Coach

Rebecca has been teaching yoga since 2015, blending traditional practices with modern approaches to movement, breathwork, and relaxation. She specialises in helping individuals build strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility through tailored classes, including yoga, blended mindful movement and Tai Chi. Passionate about empowering others, Rebecca creates welcoming environments where students can explore, grow, and take charge of their health—mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Rebecca’s recent focus - Classes for the Older Community…

Rebecca has recently dedicated her practice to supporting the older community through tailored classes designed to develop and maintain strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility. Her mindful movement sessions and Tai Chi classes are thoughtfully crafted to address the specific needs of this group, helping them build confidence and independence while improving their overall quality of life. Rebecca takes great care in creating a nurturing environment where participants feel supported and empowered to move at their own pace, discover new possibilities, and enjoy greater vitality.

Our Classes at a glance…

Yoga Hatha Flow - A 70 minute well rounded class that develops strength, flexibility, awareness and relaxation.

Tuesday 6.30pm - 7.40pm (BOOK HERE)

Mindful Movement (Older Crowd) - A gentle class that blends yoga & pilates for therapeutic session designed to support older bodies and work with or around any injury or pain.

Tuesday 1pm - 2pm (email thrive.chester@gmail.com to book)

Tai Chi & Qigong - Suitable for beginners, this class focuses on developing coordination, balance and prmoting deep sense of relaxation.

    Rebecca, a certified Advanced Oxygen Advantage® and Buteyko Breathwork coach, specialises in functional breathing to optimise health and performance. She supports post-Covid care, sleep issues, anxiety, asthma, and athletic performance, helping individuals restore healthy breathing and well-being.

  • Wellness Retreats

    Rebecca hosts annual Wellness Retreats in the Lake District, which combine beautiful settings in nature, restirative practices such as yoga and tai chi, as well as healthy food and community connection.

  • Tailored Sessions

    Corporate Classes & Events, both online and in person.

    Specialised Workshops for clubs, private groups such as Hen Do’s/special occations and studios.
