    Rebecca has such a holistic approach and is so genuine in her passion for teaching yoga. I always learn something new and always feel inspired and motivated at the end. Rebecca has a natural ability to encourage me to progress and try different things.

Her classes are perfect for me in that (i) she is able to cater for all levels of experience (I am very much a beginner!) and provide challenging but highly enjoyable classes (ii) her classes give me an opportunity to stretch my body and improve my flexibility, which is particularly helpful for my various back injuries and (iii) she is always able to enable her class participants to destress: I feel so much more relaxed at the end of the class. Finally, Rebecca is such a lovely person. I am sure that anyone who tries one of Rebecca's classes will not be disappointed!

    I have practiced with Rebecca in person for several years in Dubai and more recently via zoom from Fiji. Her style is, I find, unique in that she focuses on the stretch, form and function of muscle groups which feels both strong and restorative (as opposed to mainstream flow classes that feel more like exercise).

    As a regular athlete who trains a lot and has injuries this is really helpful and important - to have to think about the movement and muscles not just power through them. This also links into the mental feel of the sessions - even through zoom they have been personal, encouraging and positive. It feeds my 'must accomplish & train!' mindset not by getting sweaty and stressed but by feeling functional, self-care and empowered.

    I started vinyasa yoga classes with Rebecca in Dubai as a complete beginner several years ago. I was fit but not very flexible and I was apprehensive about starting yoga as I was worried about not knowing what to do, but Rebecca made me feel welcome and comfortable from the very first class and I loved every moment of it.

    I started attending Rebecca's classes regularly and love her mix of movement, challenge, fun and mindfulness. Rebecca explains and cues every pose very clearly, making her lessons accessible to everyone. As my practice has progressed, there is always enough in Rebecca’s teaching to challenge me, and I find her classes essential for my mental wellbeing - she is very grounding and holistic in her teaching. I always feel calmer, more optimistic and so much more relaxed by the end. Her classes are therapy for the body, mind and soul.

    I learnt what it felt like to breathe properly, through my nose and saw the benefits myself when I practiced it in my everyday life. I have been amazed at how effective they are.

    As for my anxiety, I found that through the breathing techniques I was able to gain control and bring myself back to calm much more easily and it has become a normal practice for me to turn to when I am struggling.
