Weekend Wellness Retreats

Yoga, Tai Chi & Qigong

A weekend to retreat, relax and restore energy in a beautiful location. Practices will include hatha and restorative yoga, tai chi /qigong, walks in nature, delicious healthy meals and plenty of time to unwind.

This morning is an opportunity to take time out for you to to reset and reconnect after the busy festive season. An opportunity to go a little deeper, turn inwards and relax, restore and refresh with a mix of lovely self care practices as well as connection with others in a relaxed setting.

This 5 week course is designed for total beginners or anyone looking to revisit and strengthen their yoga foundations. You will learn key poses, intro to yoga philosophy as well as basic functional breathing practices.

Breathing Workshop - learn to breath for stress & anxiety

TBC @ 9.30am - 12.30pm (£50) - small group 6 attendees.

Good breathing is the foundation of good mental and physical health. This session will teach you about what is going on in your body and how building good breath awareness and technique can help to reduce the negative effects of stress, and improve sleep, focus and overall wellbeing.
