Weekly Classes

Tuesday’s

1 pm - 2 pm - Mindful Movement (older crowd 65+)

6.30 pm - 7.40 pm - Yoga (general hatha flow)

Thursday’s

11 am - 12pm - Yoga for MS/Floor based class (all welcome)

12.30 pm - 1.30 pm - Tai Chi & Qigong (beginners)

6 pm - 7.10 pm - Yoga (general hatha flow)

All classes must be pre-booked and pre-paid to secure a spot.

Class Etiquette

  • Please wear a mask in the common areas when entering

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of the class to allow time to set up & settle so we can start on time.

  • Please ensure you phone is off or on silent before entering class.

  • Please remove your shoes and leave outside the door before entering class.

  • Please do not bring any food or hot drinks into class.

  • Please do not leave until the end of the class, if you need to leave early for any reason please inform the teacher before class begins, as this can be very disruptive to other students.

  • Please clean your mat with the spray provided and keep your props after class.

Extra info…

  • Yoga is practiced barefoot

  • Please refrain from eating anything heavy at least 1 hour before class.

  • Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely

  • We have onsite parking and parking on the street available.
