Why Private Sessions?

Private sessions are great option for beginners who want a few session to learn the foundations before joining group classes, or those working with injuries, pain or recovery/rehab. These sessions are tailored to individual needs and can include a range of modalities including yoga, pilates, breathing and self massage.
