YOGA
YOGA
Yoga is ultimately a practice of uniting the mind, body, attention, and breath to deepen awareness and enhance overall well-being. While many people associate yoga primarily with poses and stretching, this is only one aspect of the practice. True yoga incorporates multiple elements, or "limbs," that go beyond movement to include breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness—transforming it into a holistic practice rather than just physical exercise.
Rebecca teaches a dynamic mix of Hatha Flow, blending the grounding principles of Hatha Yoga with the fluidity of Vinyasa.
Hatha yoga focuses on holding postures with mindful breathwork, allowing time to develop strength, flexibility, and awareness. It provides a strong foundation for alignment and body awareness, making it accessible to all levels.
By incorporating elements of Vinyasa Yoga, Rebecca introduces gentle flow between poses, encouraging smooth transitions and a deeper connection between breath and movement.
Rebecca’s Classes
Over the past 10 years, Rebecca has trained with teachers from around the world, studying body biomechanics and learning how to move in a way that supports long-term health. Passionate about strength training and joint stability, Rebecca emphasises safe movement patterns that promote longevity while reducing the risk of overstretching and injury.
Her classes always include relaxation, restorative poses, strength-building movements, stability work, and playful exploration, ensuring a well-rounded practice that nurtures both body and mind.
Each class is unique, but they all share the same intention: to strengthen the mind-body connection, build resilience, and leave you feeling balanced, energised, and empowered.
